Virtual doctor visits allow a provider to evaluate you in your home without being present in person. You will need access to the internet and a cell phone, tablet or computer.

INSURANCE COVERAGE OF COVID-19

The WA State Insurance Commissioner has ordered that all insurance providers covering a resident of WA State waive copays, coinsurance and deductibles for any consumer required testing for COVID-19. If you are uninsured, please visit www.wahealthplanfinder.org to determine if you qualify for free coverage under the special enrollment period.

WHEN CALLING 9-1-1…

If you have a life-threatening emergency and believe you or a family member may have been exposed to COVID-19, please be prepared to answer a few additional questions that will be asked of you by the 9-1-1 call taker. These questions help identify potential risk to responding medical providers and allow us to more efficiently and effectively manage your health and safety.

In an effort to protect members of our community and our crews, please refrain from visiting EMS/Fire stations if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1.
